Governing Law

The laws of the Union of India, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the app. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Ernakulum, Kerala. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be finally settled under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (including amendments thereto), by a single arbitrator appointed mutually by the Parties. The place of arbitration shall be at Kochi and the arbitral proceedings shall be in English.
